HCPE anti-corrosion steel pipes use high chlorinated polyethylene (HCPE) resin as the main anti-corrosion material, which has a highly saturated molecular structure and contains a large number of chlorine atoms. It has excellent oil resistance, ozone resistance, chemical medium corrosion resistance, and flame retardant and self extinguishing properties. HCPE resin is produced by aqueous suspension method, which avoids environmental pollution caused by traditional solvent methods and meets international environmental standards. This material is not only suitable for anti-corrosion of steel pipes, but also can replace traditional anti-corrosion coatings such as chlorinated rubber, especially in complex corrosive environments.
