scope of application
This standard is applicable to newly built or existing buried water supply steel pipelines with a nominal diameter of 500mm and above, and the water temperature does not exceed 60 ℃. The construction process is mainly mechanical spraying. If there is no mechanical equipment and experience in manual coating when the pipe diameter is greater than 1000mm, manual coating is allowed. The standard requires that the roughness coefficient (n value) of the lining surface should not exceed 0.012.
Material requirements
The lining material shall be made of Portland cement, ordinary Portland cement or slag Portland cement, in accordance with national standards GB175-85 and GB1344-85. The sand particles should be hard, clean, and well graded. The total content of impurities such as soil and mica should not exceed 2%. The particle size should pass through a 1.19mm sieve, and the proportion of particles passing through a 0.297mm sieve should not exceed 55%. The water quality must be clean and must not contain harmful substances such as oil, acid, alkali, etc.
Construction technology
Construction must be carried out after the pipeline pressure test is qualified and backfilled and compacted, and the deformation of the pipeline shall not exceed 2% of the pipe diameter. The inner wall should be thoroughly cleaned of floating rust, welding slag and other attachments, and the height of the weld seam protrusion should not exceed 1/3 of the lining thickness. The weight ratio of cement mortar is 1:1~1:2, the slump is controlled at 60-80mm (can be relaxed to 120mm when the pipe diameter is less than 1000mm), and the compressive strength is not less than 30MPa. The lining thickness is divided into 8-20mm according to the different pipe diameters, and the tolerance range is specified. Maintenance requires watering immediately after final setting and keeping it moist for at least 7 days.
Quality inspection and repair
The thickness of the lining can be measured by drilling or thickness gauge, and the thickness tolerance must meet the standard requirements. When the crack width is ≤ 1.6mm and the length does not exceed the circumference of the pipe or 5m, it may not be repaired. Surface defects (such as rough surfaces, sand holes, etc.) should be ≤ 5cm ² at each location, and the hollow area should be ≤ 400cm ². After repair, it needs to be retested to meet the quality indicators.
