Three layer composite structure
Working steel pipe layer: As the core conveying layer, seamless steel pipes, spiral welded pipes or straight seam welded pipes are often used, and the surface is treated with shot blasting and rust removal to enhance durability.
Polyurethane insulation layer: rigid polyurethane foam is injected by high-pressure foaming process to form a closed cell structure with low thermal conductivity (0.022 – 0.027 W/m · K), effectively reducing heat loss and waterproof.
High density polyethylene (HDPE) protective layer: provides mechanical protection and anti-corrosion functions, adapts to environments between -50 ℃ and 150 ℃, and extends the service life of pipelines.
