1、 Chemical composition
The chemical composition of Q460NC spiral steel pipe complies with GB/T 1591-2018 and GB/T 16270-2009 standards, and the main elements are as follows:
Carbon (C): ≤ 0.20% (low-carbon design optimized weldability);
Manganese (Mn): 1.00%~1.70% (core strengthening element, enhancing strength and toughness);
Silicon (Si): ≤ 0.60% (deoxidized and assisted strengthening);
Phosphorus (P) and sulfur (S): both ≤ 0.030% (strictly limit impurities and reduce cold/hot brittleness);
Niobium (Nb): 0.01%~0.05% (refine grain size, enhance strength);
Vanadium (V): 0.01%~0.20% (precipitation strengthening, enhancing fatigue resistance);
Titanium (Ti): 0.006%~0.05% (fixed nitrogen, improves toughness);
Chromium (Cr), nickel (Ni), copper (Cu): ≤ 0.30%, ≤ 0.80%, ≤ 0.40% respectively (optimized corrosion resistance).

Special performance:
Z-direction performance: Z15/Z25/Z35 grades can be selected, with a cross-sectional shrinkage rate of ≥ 15%/25%/35% respectively (to prevent layered tearing);
