The chemical composition of Q460C spiral steel pipe is based on GB/T 1591-2018 and GB/T 16270-2009 standards, with the main elements and contents as follows:
Carbon (C): ≤ 0.20% (low-carbon design optimized weldability);
Silicon (Si): ≤ 0.55% (deoxidation effect, auxiliary strength enhancement);
Manganese (Mn): 1.10%~1.70% (core strengthening element, enhancing strength and toughness);
Phosphorus (P): ≤ 0.035% (low impurity control for cold brittleness);
Sulfur (S): ≤ 0.035% (reduces the risk of thermal brittleness);
Micro alloy elements:
Niobium (Nb) 0.015%~0.060%, Vanadium (V) 0.02%~0.20%, Titanium (Ti) 0.02%~0.20% (refine grain size, improve comprehensive performance);

Resilience and special properties:
Low temperature impact toughness: 0 ℃ impact energy ≥ 34 J (ensuring low temperature environmental stability);
Z-direction performance: Z15/Z25/Z35 grades can be selected, with a cross-sectional shrinkage rate of ≥ 15%/25%/35% respectively (to prevent layered tearing);
Fatigue resistance: Stable under long-term alternating loads, suitable for dynamic load-bearing scenarios.
