production process
On the 3PE anti-corrosion pre installation program, input the following steps in sequence: surface dust treatment of steel pipes, preheating of steel pipes, epoxy powder rolling or spraying, adhesive coating and polyethylene tape winding, circulating water cooling, cutting and leaving heads, and grinding of pipe ends. Finally, press the confirmation button, and the 3PE anti-corrosion equipment will process the anti-corrosion steel pipes in the above order. During production, adhesive coating and epoxy powder bonding are carried out simultaneously.
