Material performance and construction specifications
The standard imposes strict performance requirements on anti-corrosion materials: the gelation time (200 ℃) of epoxy powder coating should be controlled within 15-50 seconds, and the curing time should comply with the testing in the appendix; The density of polyethylene should be between 0.910-0.950g/cm ³, the melt flow rate should be ≥ 0.5g/10min, and the Vicat softening point should be ≥ 110 ℃. Before construction, the surface of the steel pipe needs to be sandblasted to Sa2.5 level, and the depth of the anchor pattern should reach 50-75 μ m (three-layer structure). The weld seam height should not exceed 2.5mm. After construction, leakage point detection, thickness measurement, and adhesion testing need to be carried out. If there are more than two leakage points in a single pipe, it will be judged as unqualified.
Application scenarios and quality assurance

The anti-corrosion layer enhances mechanical strength and weather resistance by improving peel strength, impact resistance (such as impact strength ≥ 8J/mm), and strict control of carbon black content. The joint patching process requires the use of heat shrink tape or heat shrink sleeve, and the peel strength needs to be tested regularly to ensure overall anti-corrosion effect. During acceptance, it is necessary to meet indicators such as cathodic stripping (≤ 8mm at 65 ℃) to ensure the long-term stability of the pipeline in complex environments.
